As folks in the US wrestle over cartons of eggs and brace themselves for price increases as Trump’s tariffs bite, the scene in Mexico looks completely different. The Mexican central bank’s inflation target has been consistently hit for decades now, and prices have remained pretty stable across a large array of goods.
